Submit an Inquiry

Send us an email at done.emb@gmail.com or fill out our inquiry form with as much detail as possible about your embroidery and/or screen printing project - the more we know, the better we can bring your vision to life. Let us know what products you’re interested in, estimated quantities, timeline, and share any design files or inspiration you already have.

We’ll Send You a Quote

Once we review your request, we’ll reach out with pricing, timelines, and any questions we may have to get started.

Confirm & Pay for Your Order

After you approve the quote, we’ll send over a secure payment link. Once payment is received, we’ll place the product order - unless you’re providing your own items for embroidery or screen printing. Once everything is confirmed, we’ll get started on your project.

Test Stitch & Approval

Once your products arrive, we’ll stitch a sample of your design and send over a photo for approval before we start the full order.

Production Begins

Once the test stitch is approved, we move into full production and start running your entire order.

Ready for Pickup or Delivery

Your finished pieces will be ready 2–3 weeks (depending on quantity) after the test stitch is approved. We’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready for pickup or shipping.
